We had a final client presentation and it was very successful. We were able to deliver practical solution for our client and happy to hear good feedback from our client.
Tomorrow, we will have last presentation for our project and will be leaving here on Saturday.
I had good experiences and memories to bring back to Japan. I will definitely miss our client as well as Cusco, Peru....

This Saturday, I went to Machupicchu. Going to Machupicchu is one of the biggest travel that I really wanted to do. Machupicchu was latest Inca city, so we can see many history over there.
But before showing you photos of Inca city, let me show you photos of on the way to go there.
You can see grate scenery of Peru in there.
First photos a train to Machupicchu. It is very slow but we enjoyed scenery from the train. It was 3 hours 30 minutes journey.

Let me quickly introduce why I am in Peru.
We are working on
- fundraising for schools
- impact analysis for school's projects
- Knowledge management for the associate Pukllasunchis
This is a joint work with IBM and NGO.
This week we had visited their schools to get to know how they manage their school and how we can help them.
Their mission is to get back to their society and work they do is amazing.
We feel that we really want to provide a system that will let them to help more youth who is unfortunate (not capable to pay high tuition fee).
Helping the Pukllasuchis became our mission than a work or project now.

I am still fighting with my headache but I feel it is getting better.
1st week of work is done.There are many new things I had learned in this week.
Today is Saturday but I did not book any tour because I feels tired and need a rest to recover my fitness level.
There is a market near our place (20 minutes walk), so I might go for there by myself of with others this afternoon but my goal for this weekend is to recover from tiredness.

Hi all, I finally got Cusco in Peru.
On the way to come here, I missed my plan from Dallas to Miami because of security check was too slow.
So. I had to change my flight from 5:35pm to 6:45 pm. I had to run to the plan to be on board.
Anyway, there are many accident and interesting situation there.
However, I had manage to get in Cusco on time. it seems to be impossible and even American aireline said that you can not make it. he, he..
